This project
Is a single‑family residence located in the city of Guayaquil, Ecuador. The project adopts a contemporary architectural language defined by clean lines, flat roofs, and generous glazing that strengthens the connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. Its material palette and geometric clarity give the home a modern, refined character, while the exterior layout featuring a pool, light outdoor furnishings, and tropical landscaping responds naturally to the warm coastal climate. The result is a calm, open living environment that embraces outdoor life as an essential part of the home’s identity.
My work on Compostela has focused on leading the architectural design. Even as a freelancer, online meetings have allowed the process to move forward smoothly. The project began with the site measurements and the municipal regulations for the area. Located within a residential gated community, the design responds to its context while maintaining a contemporary character.
